You can manage your subscription from the Account page in the app. Tap your profile icon, then go to Account Settings. If you need help, email Billing@k12tutorconnect.com.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email pktutor@k12tutorconnect.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. We take children's privacy very seriously. We comply with COPPA, use encryption for all data, and never sell personal information. See our COPPA Compliance Statement for details.
